How do I get sticky stuff off of my violin bow? - violin bow

I have some black sticky stuff on my violin bow at the bottom. It is also dry, and do hair stick at the end of the arc. I'm not sure what it was, but came. I've tried it out only, but does not come so easily. Has anyone ideas, how to drive? Thank you.
